The OVT-80T Insulating Oil Tester, developed and manufactured by HV HIPOT in accordance with relevant standards such as IEC 60156, ASTM D877, and ASTM D1816, is a professional instrument for testing the dielectric strength of insulating oils and evaluating their quality and performance. A single-chip microcomputer controls the internal boost system, applying an electric field and detecting the breakdown voltage of the insulating oil, providing a reliable basis for evaluating insulating oil quality.

● Microprocessor-controlled architecture automates the entire process of boosting, hold, stirring, settling, calculation, and printing, ensuring unattended testing.

● Multiple integrated protection mechanisms, including over-voltage, over-current, and limit switches, fully guarantee test safety.

●Real-time monitoring of ambient temperature and humidity ensures compliance with test standards, ensuring more reliable data.

● Equipped with a thermal printer, reports are automatically stored and printed after the test, improving work efficiency.

● USB port supports data export and efficient migration management.

● Integrated RS232 communication port enables data exchange with a computer, facilitating data management and traceability.
